A big screen TV with Satellite Freeview is concealed in an oak cupboard beside the fireplace, and a Hi Fi CD set in a massive bookcase, plus various games for children. A Wi-Fi receiver allows for any number of lap-tops to connect.

Up on the gallery there are two sofas and two single chair beds making a cosy sitting area.

The open fronted terrace faces south, and provides an alternative sitting or eating area, complete with under-floor heating and another wood burning stove.
